WALTHAMSTOW TRADES HALL
Walthamstow Trades Hall & Institute is a members’ club, which has stood in its current location for 100 years. There are two bars and a meeting room and it holds regular events, all of which are open to the public. Membership too, is open to all adults for an annual fee.
To ensure that everyone visiting Walthamstow Trades Hall is safe and secure during these strange times, we have implemented a number of measures in line with Government advice.
Before arriving at the club, please ensure that you have the NHS Covid-19 app installed on your smartphone. Our Test & Trace QR code is on display on the front door and at several location in the foyer – when entering the club you are encouraged to scan this with your smartphone to check in. Details about how to download and install the app can be found here: https://covid19.nhs.uk
We have sanitisers situated at the main entrance, the foyer and in the main hall.
A one-way system is in place, and doors for entrance and exit are clearly marked. You will be required to wear your face mask when moving around the club and are permitted to remove it when seated at a table to eat or drink.
Remember, only come if you feel well enough and aren’t showing any Covid-19 symptoms. Please consider taking a lateral flow test before coming. And please stay up to date with the latest guidance as it changes so fast we can’t always update our website in time:
Please note we are not considered a nightclub but we will be asking people for covid passports/ LFT to get in for events.
We ask people to wear a mask at the bar to keep our safe safe.
Thank you so much for all your support, we really appreciate it!

You can join at any time of the year but to gain most benefit from your membership it’s obviously best to join in Dec/Jan. You can then participate in the Annual General Meeting and have a say in your club’s future.
